"We were totally heartbroken when our 15 year old pup passed but Springfield were just lovely. From the people on the phone to the guys who collected and returned her, they were all just so caring and genuinely empathetic. The service they offer is excellent and they made what was an awful time a little bit easier and really treated our Georgie with respect. Would highly recommend them."
